How should the drops be taken?

It is recommended to place the drops undiluted under the tongue so that they can be absorbed efficiently through the oral mucosa. Please note the recommended consumption on the packaging.

With K2 optimal

Vitamin D3 is currently the longevity hype, which hasn't quite penetrated conventional medicine yet. Some general practitioners also recognize the importance of vitamin D3. What's often done wrong, however, is forgetting vitamin K2. It's there to ensure that calcium doesn't end up in the bones, rather than being lost in the tissue. For example, my 104-year-old stepmother was prescribed pure D3 tablets by her doctor for years, naturally without K2. So I think it's great that this product contains both. I've been taking similar products for years and have significantly increased my levels. The recommended dose of one tablet daily is debatable.

Good, high-quality and efficient!

I'm very satisfied with the Vitabaum® Vitamin D3 + K2 drops. The combination of 1000 IU vitamin D3 and high-quality vitamin K2 (99.7% all-trans MK-7) is ideal for daily supplementation. I particularly like the fact that the K2 is obtained from natural fermentation of soybeans, so it's not a synthetic product. The drops are tasteless and very easy to dose. With 1700 drops per bottle, the price-performance ratio is also very good.

I've been testing the Vitabaum® Vitamin D3 + K2 drops for a few weeks now and I'm very satisfied. Thanks to the pipette, the drops can be dosed precisely, which is especially important given the high concentration. The taste is neutral, making them easy to take. I've taken the drops neat, but they can also be added to drinks or added to food. The dark glass bottle protects the contents well from light. The yield is impressive – the 50ml bottle lasts a very long time. The quality of the ingredients impresses me, and I feel that I'm well-nourished with the combination of D3 and K2. I can recommend the product without reservation.

Good dosage

The drops are enriched with K2 in a well-dosed amount and are also inexpensive. Vegans should check with the manufacturer; I couldn't tell whether the entire product was derived from fermented soybeans or just the vitamin K2.
